preferences=>visualisations=>shpeck=>choose winamp directory=>ok=>refresh list in shpeck=>ok=>restart foobar.:-) (Smile)

preferences=> display=> main window and uncheck "disable window sizing", "disable window maximization", "minimum size", "maximum size" than apply and ok resize the window as you want.
